I'm having an issue with upgrading my account to the Plus plan. Help!

I am wanting to upgrade my account from Basic to Plus however, when I go to/click on upgrade, it just takes me back to my personal account page. It is a constant loop and I have tried from my mobile and from my desktop. If I cannot get this sorted, I will have no option but to switch to another service like Drive etc.

Have you tried going to https://www.dropbox.com/buy and upgrading there? I also recommend that you clear your browsing cookies & cache and/or un-install and re-install the Dropbox App. I hope this helps!
