I received no new password via email, because i can't log in and I'm requesting a new password?

From what I understand, you can't log in to your Dropbox account and you're not receiving the password reset email, is that right?
If so, could you check your Spam folder and see if you find the email there?

I dont even got mail even in spam folder?
In that case, could you submit a ticket to our team from this link, using an incognito window, without signing in?
Once you do that, let us know the ID (eg. #1234567) so that we can pass your comments along.

I can not get a new password to log in to my account?
It is not sent and it does not end up in the spam either?
What Lusil was suggesting above is logging a ticket with our team so we can assist further @MiEd.
