I am told that I had many attempts that I need to wait for 24 hours! Please help me I want to buy it now. I have worked on my password for security,

Are you getting this error message when attempting to login to your account, or when entering payment details to upgrade it?
In either case, this is a security measure to protect your account and card, so you’d need to wait for 24 hours before you can attempt it again.
