I'm having troubles with upgrading my account. Can you help?

Last month I found out that my monthly fee was being charged for two locations. Dropbox and Itunes (which was where I got the plan for the first time). So I got in touch with dropbox service, who instructed me to cancel my plus account, to unlink and after a month, when my plan was over, make a new contract. Now I am unable to upgrade from basic to plus and as I am basic I cannot attend. Has anyone been through this?

Hi @Jose Angelotti; welcome aboard!

 

Can you please let me know what exactly is not working for you and if you get any specific errors when trying to upgrade, forward me a screenshot so I can have a visual too?

Hello! Thank you for the contact. What happens is that I am unable to upgrade my account. The site does not load. But I tested it with another account and the site loads, that is, there is a problem with my account and I can't get a service. See the print.

Thanks for the screenshot Jose!

 

Can you please let me know what's reported under your account's plan tab as I have a hunch that you've connected another account to this one and the conflict you're noticing comes from there?

 

If that's the case indeed, you can disconnect them and try upgrading again.
