I'm not getting the code to my email so I can log into my account. Help!

this is not my original account i made this account to ask community

 

my email is [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines]

when i log in to my dropbox with my eamil, dropbox says that they sent me code but i couldn't get anything

i want to log in to my dropbox

Hi there @3482, I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this!
 
Would you mind letting me know if you’ve also checked your spam/junk inbox to see if it was mistakenly redirected there?
 
If not, can you please try adding “no-reply@dropbox.com” as a contact to your email account and try signing in again to send another verification code?
