i have sent email from my first account about can't get the code to sign in from 2 days ago. my first acount is on my email : [personal information removed by Moderator for security purposes]

Hi @sh20y. Welcome to our online community. 

 

Sorry to hear about that. I’ve located your support ticket, and see that it is assigned to our Account Security team. They’ll be replying to you as soon as possible. 

 

In the meantime, please check all of the following: 

 

  1. Did you write in from the email address associated with the Dropbox account in question?

  2. Have you checked your email’s Spam/Junk folder for that email with the code?

  3. Please also do the following:
  • Ensure that "no-reply@dropbox.com" is not blocked
  • Make sure that it’s added to your address book
  • Try having the code sent to you again now
