I'm not getting the email to reset my Dropbox password

hello , i have another account on dropbox ,which i've had for years now and i've been trying to access it but i just cant remember my password ,i do have access to the email ,and i do have some emails from dropbox at it from like last month but I'm not receiving the email to reset the password ,i already add the dropbox email as a contact and checked if it'd be as a spam ...and nothing

Hi @bielezon, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Could you try adding no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and reset the password again.

 

Make sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case.
