Can you please check your email's spam or junk folder in case our email was caught there somehow?
If it's not there as well, you can add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and then try the reset again.

It's common to use one address as your primary email account, and then have used a second, different address with Dropbox. It may be that the password reset email isn't going through because you used a different address with Dropbox.
Could you double-check that you're using the exact same email address as shown within your account's settings?

As mentioned, when you request a password reset, the email comes from email@example.com. If you don't receive this email, it’s possible that the address is blocked. Check to see if the email arrived in your junk/spam folder. If it didn’t, add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and then try the reset again.
If you’re not receiving the email, double-check the spelling on the address you use for Dropbox, and try the reset again. Misspellings are one of the most common reasons for unreceived emails.
On a side note, email providers can have a delay in their service. Give the reset email a few hours—it may still arrive, just not right away.

Checked the Spam folder and everything but there is no E-mail.
I was getting E-mail for many years but now there is no E-mail.
