I'm not getting the push notification for a password reset on my mobile device. Can you help?

Hi Support Team,

 

if I log in into my private Dropbox account with my saved credentials, dropbox wants me to change my password. But I don't have access to my email (for the private dropbox account) anymore. But I am logged in into the android und windows app and can use dropbox as usual. So i push the button to send a notification to my mobile or desktop app to change my email/password but i dont geht any notification. In my second "business" account (linked with the private one) i have no problems at all. can you help me?

Hi @Christoph6981; welcome to our Community!

 

In this case, I'd suggest contacting our support team through the relevant form via an incognito window where you're NOT logged into any Dropbox account so we can assist further.
