I GOT BI;;ED ON THE 21ST BUT YET ABLE TO USE DROPBOX. ONLY GET REPLY VIA EMAIL NO LIVE CHAT AT ALL WHICH IS WHAT I WANTED.

If you subscribed to one of our plans but you're not seeing the relevant space and features offered, could it be that you're signed into a different account?

Please bear in mind that each Dropbox account is associated with one email address. You can check with one is connected to your account from:

Additionally, you can look up the email address and payment date of a charge using our credit card lookup tool:
