Hello Team,

 

I am not able to receive any email from "no-reply@dropbox.com", i have created new account by using [personal information removed as per the Community's Guidelines] but not able to recieve any email, rest of pepole who is using the same email domain they are recievd email from dropbox, can any one help me, or provide me dropbox technical team toll free number.

Hey @kafil, thanks for nudging us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

As a first step, could you check your spam folder to make sure that the emails you're looking for didn't end up there?

 

Also, could you make sure that you've added no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book?
