I'm not receiving the email verification in my inbox

I'm not recieving an email verification from Dropbox. I started attempting to verify this account yesterday morning (+24 hr ago).  So far, I've done the following:

  • DONE: Check your spam folder to make sure it didn't end up there.
  • DONE: You can also add the email address no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book and then try sending the email again.
  • DONE: If you're still not receiving the email, contact your email service provider to troubleshoot further. (no emails from dropbox ever recieved in this email box). 

I don't know what to do now. Please advise.

Hi @Alex810, thanks for messaging today!

 

Are you using a custom domain name, or a large email provider for your Dropbox account?

 

What did the email service provider state when asking if any emails from the Dropbox domain arrived?
