I already have Dropbox business but I’m having problems logging in.
It’s put me back to personal. Now it’s saying I don’t have enough storage
I have tried to upgrade again and I get a error message saying we’re having trouble at the moment
Hi @Mark2380, thanks for messaging the Community!
It sounds like you're no longer on a Dropbox Business plan, if you're on a personal account, and with not enough quota for your files.
Were you the admin of the team, or did you join the team from an invite sent to you?
This will help me assist further!
Thanks for confirming for us @Mark2380!
Could you just clarify the point you mentioned about having trouble signing in?
Are you getting any errors when trying to sign in, or are you trying to sign into the business account and being directed to a personal account?
If you can, please check your plan page here and let me know what subscription you see there.
So I work with Eco Room in Roof.
They invited me to share files but they seem to have taken over as my admin.
They can see all my files and I can see there’s.
I have my own business account under [email removed as per Community Guidelines]
When they removed my account from there admin it put me back to a personal account.
Then I could not log into my account and my account did not have enough memory.
It sounds like they've converted your account back to a personal plan away from the Dropbox Business team.
I'm a little confused over what you're saying however, as you said you can't login to your account, but then you don't have enough quota on the account. Are these the same account? What are you trying to do right now, rejoin the team, or upgrade your account to a paid plan?
You can create a shared link to a file or folder on your account.
They can access this link even when not logged into Dropbox.
