Hi 

I have problems with my dropbox acount - I pay for Dropbox Plus but it only works as an Basis 

I have trouble downloading some of my pictures

Could you check this page on your account to confirm if the payment is visible, and what your current plan is here?

hallo!

I have a basic account, but since almost 1 year every month is charge form my credit card €.11,99.

I have blocked my card in June because I was not avle to find a way to block this. Gre minutes agao, I saw that again in July and August €. 11,99 were charged on my ndew credit card and I didn't authorize  this paymemnt.

 

these are the last two code that appear on list of the payment on my credit :

How to stop the fraud and how to have a compesation?

 

Please can you reply as soon as possible?

I am trying to send an e-mail to the support but I cannot find a way to contact the support.

Hi @giul73, it looks like these are transactions made directly to Dropbox given the transaction IDs.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

How can I cancel it and receive a compesation for all the money that they have stolen from me?
