I'm paying for Dropbox, but I can't access my account now

I made payment to dropbox Jan 29- $15.99 per month.

[Removed as per Community Guidelines]

Computer crashed - new computer- now unable to log in - no email sent to me to retrieve.No matter how many times I try. I am very frustrated at this point.  I have tried for days No one to call to help. I could set up new account but

I have been using for many years and do not want to lose all my files and pictures saved.

There must be a way to retrieve my account.

Hi @oak_ster, thanks for posting on the Community!

What error are you getting when trying to login to your account?

Are you certain you're accessing the same account you made the payment on in January?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

Thank you for your response.

I tried to download the free version now all I get is this .Screenshot_2021-02-22 Files - Dropbox.png

Should I continue here or should I remove this to get my previous account?

Thats a brand new account. 

 

You need to log in to the account which you had previously which is the upgraded one instead.
