I'm somehow running out of storage, although I've deleted files?

Hi, 

 

I am having issues with my storage. I have never run into this isuee before but when I am uploading files it is saying I am out of storage. I have deleted all other folders and files and it is still staying this.

Are you a member of any shared folders? They would take up space in your account as well. Look at your Account page. What does it show for your usage, and the breakdown of Regular vs Shared files?
