I'm trying to cancel my free trial. Can you help?

My free trial ends May 7th, but I'm trying to cancel already and it's not allowing me. I click on cancel trial and nothing happens.

Hi @daiasanchez; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with cancelling your free trial.

 

I'm assuming you're doing this on the website so I'd suggest clearing your browser's cache and try again.

 

If that doesn't improve matters, please try an incognito window or even a different browser.

Hi Walter, I tried all of those things and it still doesn’t work. I click on cancel trial and nothing else happens after that.

May I have a look at your account's plan tab (omitting any personal info) so I can see what could possibly be going wrong? 

 

Otherwise, you can contact our support team for further assistance with account specific information through the relevant form.

How would I show you what you need to see? It's also not a business account.

If the trial is via iTunes or GooglePlay etc. you need to cancel it via them. You cannot cancel via here.

I got it through my apps on my phone, not from any mentioned above.

Hi @daiasanchez 

 

Then as I said you need to contact it via the iTunes or GooglePlay store. You wont be able to cancel it here at Dropbox.com

I already had Dropbox and I got the free trial through there.
