The email support service appears to be working fine. I just opened a ticket and received an automated response confirming that the ticket was received.
What's happening that has you believing that the system is down?
I pretty sure that it's not the browser issue
Google Chrome, which you appear to be using by your screenshots, has been known to have issues with the Dropbox website, including erroneous 500 errors that aren't received in other browsers. In those instances, clearing Chrome's browsing history has almost always corrected the issue. That's why this was suggested.

I'm not sure what cause this problem,because I've use different browser(firefox,safari,...etc) and navigate to the support address ,it 's show 500 error,
but I'm already in contact with lusil via email, and waiting for further infomation
