I'm trying to log into my professional account. Can you help?

Hello,
I opened a Dropbox business account with an email address that no longer exists. Unfortunately, some time ago, Dropbox wanted to verify that I was the owner of this professional account. To connect, Dropbox asked me to validate a six-digit code that it sent me to this email address which no longer exists. Unable to validate the code! I no longer have access to my professional Dropbox and I cannot find any solution on the site. What can I do ? Thank you!

Can you please elaborate on this part for me and if possible send me a screenshot of any errors you might be getting to make sure we're on the same page?

 

While we're at it, is it possible that you used 2-step verification on that account?

Hello,
Thank you for answering.
Here is a screenshot of the message I find. This morning, the connection page told me that I was going to receive a 6-digit code for verification and now the connection page tells me that the password or the email is not the right one. 
Could Dropbox 1 be used as a support or intermediary to open Dropbox 2?

I had forgotten !

I had tried to do 2-step validation. But I had not initially set up my account for this to be possible.

I see, thanks for the additional info and the screenshot @Xav!

 

Can you please try logging into your other account via another browser or an incognito window and let me know if you're still getting this prompt? 

 

Also note that you could reach out to our team to help look better into this via the relevant form when on an incognito window while NOT logged into any account.

I connected through a window in incognito with another browser. This time, the email address and password were good, but I came back to this window.

I also tried to connect with my iPhone, but it didn't work either.

In that case I'd suggest using an incognito window while logged out from any account to contact our team through the relevant form in case they can assist further @Xav!
