I'm trying to reset my password but I'm not getting the email

Explorer | Level 4

I'm trying to set up a new account with my email address, but the system keeps saying "This account has already been created".

I tried resetting the password by clicking "forgot password", but it's not sending any emails to that email account.

Can you help?

Hey @DKT, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear that you're having trouble resetting your password. 

As a first step, could you please let me know if you've:

  • Checked the spam folder of your inbox?
  • Tried adding no-reply@dropbox.com as a contact to your address book, and then resending the password reset email?

Let me know how it goes!

Thank you for your swift response. Well noted to the Security advice.

I have checked the spam and added the email address stated above.

I repeated the instruction given and i have not received the mail.
