I'm trying to upgrade after leaving a Business team, but I get an error

Hi

 

I was upgrade plus last year, but I had join the bussiess few days ago, but after when I release the business team member and convert to indiviual account, my account always show space is full, recomend to upgrade, but when I click the upgrade button, its has erroe alert.

anyone can help me the problem?

What error message are you getting exactly? Are you trying to upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app? If the latter, which device are you using?

 Here the photo which I got the message when I login in to dropbox and click upgrade, but I already upgrade dropbox plus before I joined the business team member

Did you downgrade from a Dropbox Business team, or were you removed from the team? Did you upgrade to a paid personal plan prior to joining the team?

 

Any info you can provide, including the error message you get, would be great!

I removed from business team member and convert downgrade to personal basic account.
I had paid for upgrade to plus prior.

Okay, so you were removed from a Dropbox Business team, and you've previously paid for a Plus account before.

 

Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site or the mobile app? You can see on the payments page for more details on this.

 

I've also merged the replies from both threads to keep the issue together.

Hi Jay, 

 

 Mobile app had show dropox basic account, but I had checked form itune purchase record which I can saw he year fee for the plus eas chargered my credit card Dec 2019, the expires date on Dec 2020, the invoice I got it also.

So....not idea why cant to back to plus and always show busr error alert when I use my dropbox account to light dropbox upgrade page.

Try going into the mobile app and tap Account, the gear icon on the top left, and then 'Restore Purchases'.
