I'm trying to upgrade but keep getting a credit card error. How do I contact support?

I am trying to upgrade our account but I keep getting a pink box with a credit card error. How can I contact someone in support who can help me? I cannot find a phone number anywhere. This is horrible customer service.

To contact our Support team for this issue, please fill out the relevant info under the “Submit a Help Request” section from this page.
 
Since this is a billing issue, while I would love to assist you with this I'd be unable to do so as this is a public forum. Having said that, if you'd like to let me know the ticket number that you receive (eg. #1234567) I can follow up with you there.
