Hi all,

Am I right in thinking there is no way to speak to an actual person at dropbox other than that ridiculous BOT thing which is totally useless ?

I want to upgrade my personal account, but all that happens is everytime I hit the option it goes to an old work email of mine for log-in, which I shut down a long time ago.

Any advice greatly appreciated

Your Support options depend on your accounts current plan, however I'd be more than happy to help out from here.

 

Are you signed into the website with the Dropbox account that you'd like to upgrade when you try to upgrade?

 

Also, can you clarify for me if the email account was shut down, or the Dropbox account under that email deleted?
