I'm not getting to upload my account
I use a personal free account and want to change for Dropbox Plus, but I don't get why the site doesn't accept my credit card.

Are you getting a specific error message when trying to upgrade your account? If so, can you send along a screenshot of that excluding any personal info (like billing info)?
If you try using another web browser or an incognito/private window, does it allow you to upgrade through there?
