I'm trying to upgrade to Professional but I'm getting an error every time, what can I do?

dear all,

 

i tried many times to buy a license for the professional plan but always i face the following error:

 

"We weren't able to process your payment. Double check the payment info and try again. If that doesn't work, try another payment method or contact your bank".

 

i tried a private window and i get the same error .

 

to note that our credit card is active and we can buy online with it.

 

please advise.

Hello @FFA, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this!

 

Just to rule out any possible browser related issues, can you try upgrading through another web browser too?

 

If you still receive this error message then I would suggest reaching out to your bank to see if they can clarify what's occurring here. It may be that this specific payment is being blocked (perhaps due to it being a subscription).

 

From the error that you're getting I'm afraid there's not much we can suggest in terms of troubleshooting, but please do get back to me here with any updates after contacting your bank if the issue persists.

Dears,

 

i tried several browser and latest update browser and still get the same error; i contacted the bank, they said there is no restriction on the card and the transaction is not appearing from their side.

 

to note that i used it for other product and its work normally
