I'm unable to claim the 5GB offer that comes with Quicken. What can I do?

I'm unable to claim the 5GB offer that comes with Quicken. What can I do?

Explorer | Level 3

  I purchased quicken and quicken offer drop box free quicken back up by dropbox with 5GBs space.

I already have dropbox, can I combine them or how do I get quicken dropbox, I spoke to quicken and they say I have to speak to Drop box.

When I enter the redeem number it is telling me that it has already been used. I never download anything.

I need help to fix this problem,

Hey Sonia (@sonia510) has the promotional space been registered by any chance? Would you mind having a look at your Account tab (i.e. you can view the bonus and your referral status by visiting your Dropbox account settings here)? What do you see there Sonia? Please let me know & we’ll take it from there!

That looks like you may already have claimed it @sonia510

But, often a lot of these promos require you to have completed the Getting Started guide so I suggest you do that
