I made a mistake on my billing cycle, help?

Hi there was a mistake in my transactions i wanted the monthly plan but i was charged $450 for a year i don't need that i want to change that to the monthly plan i called but couldn't speak to anyone please call me at <snip>. Thanks

ARGH!!

Never ever put a phone number on a PUBLIC forum - you've no idea who calls and what they could pretend to be as Dropbox WONT call you thats for sure I'm afraid to say. 

 

You need to contact support and ask them for help at www.dropbox.com/support. They can change your plan for you.
