If you're able to log in to the account, you can go to dropbox on the browser (dropbox.com), click on your account icon at the top right, then settings, that will take you to your general account settings. Under the "basics" section, you will find "personal email". Click the "edit" button the right to change your email address.

This message means that there's already an account under that email.
Therefore, you'll need to login to that account, and change that email first to a third address, so you can rename the original account to the second email.
