I might have multiple accounts, and I can't access either on Dropbox

Is there any way I can speak to a real person about what Dropbox accounts I have?   I haven't used it for a while and it's possible I have two different accounts but I can't get in because it doesn't recognize my user name and password and keeps looping through to get me to sign up for an account I know I already have. I'm not sure how to ask for help.

How long is a while? Acocunts that are idle for more than a year are deleted due to inactivity.

 

If it's not recognizing your email and password, try to reset the password. Or, if it's allowing you to create an account with an email address, that means an account doesn't already exist with that email.

Phone support is only available to customers on the Business Advanced plan. All others can view the support options available to them on the Support page.
