I need a refund for an unauthorized charge. Can you help?

Hi,
I’m Absolutely furious about Dropbox charging me £184.88 with no authorisation and no communications whatsoever. Just out of the blue, they collect my money for service I don’t even use?! I’m currently very tight with money and expect Dropbox to refund my money ASAP and also cover any costs that may have been charged to me due to this incorrect charge.
There is no phone number to call and resolve the issue and I am having to wait 2 days for someone to get back to me!! This is sooo wrong and I will never even consider Dropbox again. Can someone please reassure me my money will be returned ASAP?
