hello, i mistakenly upgraded to business plan and paid 450usd for annual charge. Right after the upgrade, I cancelled business plan (now i am in basic plan). I need refund. Please somebody help me!

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
hello, i have a question.
I mistakenly upgrade to business plan and paid annual charge(450USD).
Right after I noticed that I made a mistake, I immidiately cancelled the business plan within 30 minutes..
Then, my plan is Basic now.
In this situation, can I get refund?
Somebody help me please! 450USD is not affordable for me..
