Hello. I have subscribed to a Dropbox account connected to business I needed done via that account. However, now the business is closed and I cannot access my account any longer but I still got charged 100 EUROS!!!!!
Please help me cancel that account (IEG.education) and get me a refund too if you can.
I am not sure if I got it correctly as I am using an online translator yet I'll try to help as much as can.
If I understood correctly and you'd like to ask for a refund for a Dropbox subscription you should log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support and ask directly as this is a public forum and we won't be able to help with account specific inquiries such this one.
