I need help cancelling a Dropbox subscription and get a refund

Explorer | Level 3

Hello. I have subscribed to a Dropbox account connected to business I needed done via that account. However, now the business is closed and I cannot access my account any longer but I still got charged 100 EUROS!!!!!

 

Please help me cancel that account (IEG.education) and get me a refund too if you can.

Thank you but how exactly do I do that? There seems to be no direct contact possibility with anyone!!!!!

On this page just go to Customer Support and then choose the email option following the path for billing inquiries.

PS: Phone support is available to the advanced Business plan and the Enterpsise customers, if I'm not mistaken, as shown here.

안녕하세요. Dropbox를 저번 달 잠깐 사용할 때 정기구독을 신청했었는지..ㅠㅠ

지금은 사용하고 있지 않은데 오늘 12,000원이 결제가되었어요.

 

오늘 결제된 부분 환불가능한지 문의드립니다^^

If I understood correctly and you'd like to ask for a refund for a Dropbox subscription you should log a ticket at  www.dropbox.com/support  and ask directly as this is a public forum and we won't be able to help with account specific inquiries such this one.
