Hey there @gillianaylward - how are you today?

If you're on an individual plan, you should be able to see your invoices and receipts on your account's billing tab.

If on a Dropbox for Business teams plan, the admin of the team has the option to see the transaction history from the Admin Console on this page:

https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/billing/history

If you're having issues with locating a charge, you can use our credit card self-serve lookup tool : https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt

I hope this helps to some extent and keep in mind that should you need more assistance with this, the best course of action would be to log a ticket with our support team as we won't be able to help further than this point with account specific inquiries like this one on our public forum.

Cheers!
