I need to cancel an account subscription but no longer have access to that account email

I need to cancel an account subscription but no longer have access to that account email. I discovered that Dropbox is drawing money out of an old bank account of mine from my former country of residence, and I cannot cancel the subscription from the bank end. I no longer have access to the email account to which that Dropbox account is link, and I cannot reach that dropbox account either. Any suggestions on how to fix this and stop hemorrhaging money would be welcome. Thanks, everyone.

 Hi @drummerdude, thanks for taking the time to message us!

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your current account which you're already signed into, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

 

 

Once you contact the team, please let me know the ticket ID so I can locate it on the system!

Hi there @palucki; thanks for joining the discussion here.

 

If you don't have access to the account you're trying to cancel, I'd using an incognito window without signing into any account to  contact our Support team for further assistance. 

 

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
