Is there a number I can call  to speak to someone so they can cancel my account. I've already looked here and followed the instructions. The thing is I don't even have the cancel option under "settings" "plan" it's so weird and I emailed someone but my email thought it might be a phishing email and they were asking me for all of this info. So haha I just want to stop getting charged every month and cancel my account. It's about $19 I'm getting charged.

I can see that you have contacted our support team, via the email associated with your forum profile, in relation to this matter.

 

They did request additional information regarding the transaction to locate the account you’re being charged for, and this is a normal process to look into it further.

 

If you provide them with the details, they’ll be able to assist from there on.

Cancel my account.

Hi I would like a contact number and email to support to cancel my account. I do not have that old email can you re email me one. I've asked multiple times to delete and I am still charged 19.99 per month. I'd like a refund also for the past two or three months because I have asked to cancel before. Thanks!

Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.

 

If you don't have the email sent to you previously, you can create a new ticket by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
