I need to change my Dropbox paid plan to a cheaper one

I am trying to check into the $750 billing in June.  I am interested in finding out about other payment options and plans.  I am an individual and I think that the plan I have is not needed for my use, and I could use a lesser plan. Please call me at [Number removed by moderator]

You're likely on a Dropbox Business plan, which is intended for three or more people (5, based on the amount you're paying). Refer to the following help article for information on how to cancel a Business subscription. You can then re-upgrade to Plus or Professional, which are considered personal accounts.

Also, I've remove the phone number from your post for security reasons. It's not safe to post a phone number on a public site. Anyone could call you representing Dropbox, and Dropbox would never call you directly.
