Basic account. Is it possible to contact support directly without posting on the board? My problem is VERY sensitive and should not appear on the board.

Your support options depend on your account's plan, which you can check from here.

 

If you're having an issue related to anything like your account security or access, you can submit a ticket from this page (while signed out of your Dropbox account) by filling in the details under "Submit a help request".

 

If it's something related to billing or your plan, then please visit this page instead.
