I need to extend the space of our account. Can you help?

Dear Dropbox,

 

I am writing this email regarding our 
Dropbox account is not enough space to storage. Please help us to review 
and up space for us.

Hey @KolbjornUrsin, welcome to our forum! 

If you have a basic, Plus, Professional, or new Business Standard account, I’m afraid there isn’t anything I can do. 

If you have an Old Business Standard or new Business Advanced or Enterprise plan, you will get more space added to your account, as it becomes close to full.

If for some reason it has become full, and no more storage is being added automatically, then please contact our support team from
here, and an agent will be happy to assist with this!
