I need to put my Dropbox account and subscription on hold

Hi 

 

Can you please advise i have an account with Dropbox for 3 years,  however i need to take a break from it due to covid 19 and i am unable to generate funds to pay for the Subcription.

 

Should i wish to  commence payment in 2 -4 months from now  will my Photos and Data  still be available for me to access even though i have not made payments. 

 

Drop box is mainly used for my clients i havent used it to the full capability for the past 45 days, however i am still paying  

 

Please advise soonest

I think the best thing to do is contact Dropbox direct at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help. 

 

Once logged you can track at http://dropbox.zendesk.com
