I need to verify my email address for my account

I need to verify my email address for my account

New member | Level 2

Have been sent a link to a shared folder. Requested to verify email to access shared folder, however no verification email is recieved when one has been requested a number of times to my outlook email address. Please help with resolving this issue.

Check no+reply@dropbox.com is added to safe senders list and that you have checked inside junk etc. 

 

If that does not work you need to see what support options you can get at www.dropbox.com/support
