I no longer have access to the Admin Console as my account appears to be on the Basic plan. Help!

I need assistance ASAP! I no longer have access to the admin portal on my account. I dont know if there is a billing issue or what happened, but it now shopws as a Dropbox basic account and I am getting frantic calls from employees asking where their files went.
