Hey, i have a small problem, i have seen i have a abo by dropbox, it was a mistake and now i want to cancel this abo, it is possible that i can get my money back?!

Hi @paul123443; thanks for joining our Community!

 

As the relevant Help Center article outlines, in most cases, subscriptions for Dropbox Business, Plus, Family, Professional, and Enterprise subscriptions are non-refundable.

 

However, if you think there’s been an error in billing, please contact our support team and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
