I paid for an annual Plus account but it stays in Basic

Hello,

 

Today I upgraded to Plus after I wanted to add a fourth divice and get more space (via website). I paid the annual amount, but it doesn't work, neither extra device, nor space. In one of the questions in this community it was suggested to find a 12 digit transaction ID number in my payment. But there is only a 16 digit number.

 

How can I fix this?
