I paid for an upgrade but don't see it, why?

I've payed for a Personal Plus plan and charged in my credit card, but I didn't receive nothing and any plan is applied. I need to solve this, thank you

Do you see any payments on this page on your account?

Did you upgrade on the site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, was the charge made to Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?

This will help me to assist further!

I’ve been trying to upgrade my plan but it always fails. But I get emails that I already got charged the amount for the upgrade.

From My credit card dropbox account is not renewed from NOV.

Today I tried amount deducted 4 times but account doesn't renewed.

 

Tried for helpcenter today they didn't replied.

I am unable to upload my files.

If anyone can help on this matter.

I've payed for a Personal Plus plan and charged in my credit card in my apple store account and I've got an email from Apple with the charge, but I didn't receive nothing from dropbox and any plan is applied. Can you help me pls?

Hey @nadiamonteiroo, thanks for the nudge here and sorry to see you're having trouble.

 

Can you open your Dropbox app, tap on 'account' then on the gear icon and then on 'restore purchases' to see if that helps?

It didn't work, this was the message:

“Unable to Restore Purchases
The operation couldn't be completed.
(NSURLErrorDomain error 409.)”

Hi @nadiamonteiroo, sorry to jump in here!

 

Is the charge for the same Dropbox account that you tried restoring its purchases? Is it possible that you have a different account? 

 

Also, just to double check, if you open your plan page, it shows you registered under the Basic plan, right?
