I paid for an upgrade but don't see it, why?

I've payed for a Personal Plus plan and charged in my credit card, but I didn't receive nothing and any plan is applied. I need to solve this, thank you

Do you see any payments on this page on your account?

Did you upgrade on the site directly, or via the mobile app? According to your bank statement, was the charge made to Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?
