I upgraded my account from basic to Plus this afternoon, a payment was taken from my bank but my plan hasn't been upgraded. I cant do the transaction look up as the payment didn't have a transaction number.
I have made a billing help request.
Any help would be appreciated.

It was debit card. I checked my internet banking and a payment has been taken. No transaction code though.
