I paid for an upgrade to the Plus plan in December but my account still shows Basic. Any ideas?

Hi

I paid for an upgrade to Dropbox Plus in December 2019 - but I have just realized my account is still running in Basic mode.. 😞 I can't find a way to change without paying the fee for Plus again.

Does anyone have a solution ? I find no way to contact a technical tream with Dropbox.

Hey @TFPA, thanks for reaching out to us on the Dropbox Community. 

 

If you find that you have a Basic account when you've paid for a Dropbox plan, could it be that you're looking at a different account? 

 

Since each Dropbox account is connected to a unique email address, if you've received a charge for a subscription, you can check which email and payment date is associated with it with our credit card charge lookup tool.
