I paid for the Professional subscription but my account shows as Basic. How can I get a refund?

I paid for the Professional subscription but my account shows as Basic. How can I get a refund?

I subscribe to professional account , money has been debited , but account still basic ? What I have to do to get my money back ?

Hey there @Valery2k19, I'd be more than happy to help look into this with you. 

 

I'll just need a bit more information to make sure that we're on the same page. For example:

  • Did you upgrade directly from our website or through your mobile device? 
  • Do you have any charges on your credit card by any chance?

Hi , I updated from mobail devise
No I do not have any charges from my credit card
I would like to upgrade from basic to Dropbox Plus . It also should 30 days free , but money were debited immediately.

Thanks for clarifying that for us @Valery2k19!

 

Is it possible that you've used the Plus free trial before through your the Dropbox app on your mobile?

 

Since you upgraded through the app, the subscription would be handled via the App store. Can you let me know if you're using an iOS or Android device?

 

If you happen to be using an iOS device, please try the steps outlined here to see if that does the trick.
