Hey @BogdanVlase, I hope you're having a good day!

Can you confirm for me, where did you upgrade your account from?

Was it directly through the Dropbox website, or through the Google/Apple play store on a mobile device?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Hi there, thank for the answer. I upgraded via ITunes. I can show you proof of payment if needed.

Thank you and stay safe

In that case, could you try to restore your purchase from your Dropbox app on your Apple device @BogdanVlase?

In order to do so, please follow the below steps:

1. In your Dropbox app, tap Account (or Personal if you have paired accounts).
2. Tap on the gear icon at the top of your screen to access your settings.
3. Tap on "Restore purchases".

This should activate your last upgrade.

If you can't see "Restore purchase" this means that your app isn't up to date and you need to update your Dropbox app from the App Store on your device and try again.

Let us know if this helped!

Hi there,

Tried to Restore Purchases several times on Ipad and error message comes up:

Unable to Restore Purchases

The operation couldn’t be completed.

(Dropbox.com error 416.)

I also tried on my IPhone and there the app just freezes every time and nothing happens without an error message being displayed.

Thank you and any further assistance is highly appreciated.
