I am disgusted at drop box. They have taken money for my account to be upgraded and yet my account has not been upgraded and there is no contact support for me to discuss this with anyone.

Can you just clarify for me, was the upgrade made through the Dropbox website, or through the Google/Apple app store?
If it was directly through the website, please use this tool here to double check the upgrade was applied to the correct account.
