I paid to upgrade my account to Plus, but my account is still showing it's a trial. Any help?

I paid to upgrade my account to Plus, but my account is still showing it's a trial. Any help?

I have made a one year payment for dropbox plus, my account space is still in Trial mode. Kindly help

Hi there @merontoh, I hope you're well today!

 

Can you let me know which trial subscription your account is currently under? You can check this from your account's Plan page here.

 

Is it possible that the upgrade was applied to another account by mistake? If you use our lookup tool for the charge for upgrading your account, does it show the email linked with the Dropbox account that shows as a trial?

 

If you're not sure on the email linked with your account, you can see this from your account settings page here.
